Global Supply Network supplies engineering plastic sheet and plate in PPSU, PTFE, HDPE and acetal to Australian manufacturers. The material is made by mills in China that we have audited ourselves, and every order is managed from our office in Smithfield, Sydney, through to delivery on one Australian invoice.
/ Materials
PPSU sheet
PPSU is a high temperature engineering plastic used where parts must stay tough and stable through heat, hot water and repeated cleaning. We supply PPSU sheet and plate for machined components.
PTFE sheet
PTFE is chosen for its chemical resistance and very low friction surface, which suits seals, gaskets, slide pads and linings.
HDPE sheet
HDPE is a tough plastic that resists moisture and many chemicals. It is widely used for wear strips, guards, linings and cutting surfaces.
Acetal sheet
Acetal, also called POM, machines cleanly and holds its size well, which suits gears, bushes, rollers and precision parts.

Thickness and sheet size
Sheet and plate are available from 1 mm up to 100 mm thick. Sheet sizes run from around 200 by 200 mm up to 1,200 by 1,200 mm, and other sizes can be supplied depending on how the order is packed into the container. Send the sizes you need and we will confirm them in the quote.
Lead times
When the material is already in stock at the mill, delivery takes about three weeks. When a size or profile needs a custom die, allow up to eight weeks. The lead time for your order is confirmed in the quote.
Audited mills
We have audited the mills that make this material in China ourselves. Ask for material certificates when you request a quote and we will confirm what the mill can supply. Independent third party lab testing can be arranged if your application needs it.
