Services, quick answers

What services does Global Supply Network offer?
Three core services: (1) worldwide raw material sourcing, (2) end-to-end overseas manufacturing management, and (3) in-house Australian manufacturing through sister business McIver Engineering in Sydney.
What raw materials can GSN source?
Metals (steel, aluminium, stainless, tool steel, alloys), engineering plastics (nylon, ABS, POM, PP, PC, PE), castings, forgings, sheet, billet, extrusion, fasteners and fittings.
What overseas manufacturing processes does GSN cover?
CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, injection moulding, casting, 3D printing and assembly. We manage tooling, samples, supplier negotiation, production oversight, QC and shipping.
Does GSN handle freight and customs into Australia?
Yes, end to end. Ocean and air freight, consolidation, customs brokerage, duties, GST and final-mile delivery anywhere in Australia.
Can GSN run a hybrid offshore plus onshore program?
Yes. Many clients use offshore for volume components and onshore (via McIver Engineering) for finishing, assembly or critical parts under one brief and one team.
Is GSN ISO 9001 certified?
GSN itself is not ISO 9001 certified. We work with a vetted network of ISO 9001 certified overseas manufacturers, and selected partners hold ISO 13485 for medical device production.
How does GSN manage quality on overseas orders?
For ongoing or higher-risk programs we put a Master Services Agreement in place defining inspection points and acceptance criteria. CMM dimensional reports and material certificates are available on request.
Can GSN handle medical device or regulated work?
For ISO 13485 medical device parts, yes, through our certified supplier network. For programs requiring a certified prime contractor (for example flight-critical aerospace or implantable medical), GSN is not the right fit and we will say so upfront.

What we
handle.

Two core capabilities, one integrated team. From raw input to finished output, we own every link in your chain.

/ The promise

Your business is ours.

We act as if your business is our business, because we know how much rides on a smooth supply chain. A late shipment, a wrong tolerance, a quiet supplier. These are not problems we hand back to you with an email.

We speak to the kinks before they bite. We chase the factory floor, untangle freight, fix the spec and hold the line on quality. We handle it all, end to end, so you can run your business instead of chasing ours.

01. Raw Materials01

Source the inputs.

We hunt down the raw materials that build your product: metals, plastics and engineered inputs. Sourced from around the globe, matched to your spec, at a price that lets you scale.

02. Overseas Manufacturing02

Make it overseas.

We work directly with our trusted network of overseas manufacturing partners across CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, injection moulding, casting, 3D printing and assembly. We surface multiple cost optimised options and run point through production. Our supply network stays ours, you get the result.

03. In House (Perfetti Group)03

Or build it here.

When the project belongs onshore, our sister business McIver Engineering (established 1947), part of Perfetti Engineering Pty Ltd, delivers Australian manufacturing capability under the same roof. One brief. One team. Sourced offshore or built locally. Your call.
