- What steel grades do you supply?
- Structural (AS/NZS 3679, S355, A36), pressure vessel (P265, P355), mild (1020), medium carbon (1045), alloy (4140, 4340), tool steels (D2, H13, P20, O1, A2), stainless (304, 304L, 316, 316L, 17-4 PH, duplex 2205, 2507) and boiler tube grades.
- What aluminium grades do you supply?
- 6061-T6 and 6082-T6 structural, 5052 and 5083 marine, 7075-T6 aerospace grade, 2024 aerospace, 3003 sheet, 1050 pure aluminium, plus cast tooling plate (Alimex, Mic-6 equivalent) and custom extrusion profiles.
- What forms can you supply?
- Plate, sheet, coil, round bar, square bar, hex bar, flat bar, billet, tube (round, square, rectangular), pipe, angle, channel, RHS/SHS structural, extruded profiles, and cut-to-size blanks.
- Do you provide mill certificates?
- Yes. EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates are available on request for material traceability. For welded fabrication we can supply 3.2 certification through partner mills.
- Can you cut to size before delivery?
- Yes. Bandsaw, waterjet, plasma and laser cutting to your cut list. Pre-cut blanks arrive ready for machining or fabrication, cutting waste and handling on your shop floor.
