In this policy, “Global Supply Network”, “GSN”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Global Supply Network, the strategic procurement arm of Perfetti Engineering Pty Ltd, headquartered in Sydney, Australia. We provide sourcing, procurement and supply chain services to clients in Australia and internationally.
What information we collect

- Brief and project information, details of what you are sourcing, timelines, target costs, materials, quantities, drawings, specifications and any other content you choose to share with us.
- Correspondence, emails, messages and notes arising from our dealings with you.
- Technical data, IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URLs and similar analytics information collected automatically when you use our website.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive information (as defined in the Privacy Act) and ask that you do not send it to us.

- Automatically, through cookies and analytics tools when you visit our website.
- From third parties, such as referrals, public business registers or supplier introductions, where reasonably necessary for our services.

- Respond to enquiries and prepare sourcing proposals;
- Provide procurement, sourcing and supply chain services to you or the entity you represent;
- Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers on your behalf;
- Manage our client relationships, contracts and invoicing;
- Improve our website, services and customer experience;
- Comply with legal, regulatory and tax obligations in Australia and other jurisdictions where relevant.
Cookies, analytics and Google services
Our website uses Google services, including Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (gtag.js / Global Site Tag), to understand how visitors interact with the site and to measure the performance of marketing activity. When you visit our website, certain data is automatically collected by these tools and shared with Google LLC, including:
- IP address (typically truncated by Google);
- Device, browser and operating system information;
- Pages viewed, referring URL, time on site and on-site interactions (such as clicks on “Email Your Brief”);
- Cookie identifiers and, where applicable, advertising identifiers used to attribute conversions and build audiences for Google Ads.
This information is processed by Google in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy and may be transferred to and stored on Google servers outside Australia, including in the United States. Google may use the data to provide and improve its services, and (where permitted) to personalise ads across its network.

Disclosure of your information
We may disclose your personal information to:
- Suppliers, manufacturers and logistics providers, only as needed to fulfil your sourcing brief or project;
- Related entities within the Perfetti Engineering group, including McIver Engineering;
- Professional advisers (such as accountants, lawyers and insurers);
- Service providers who help us operate our business (including IT, hosting, email, CRM and analytics providers);
- Government agencies, regulators or law enforcement, where required or authorised by law.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Overseas disclosure
Because our work involves global sourcing, your personal information may be disclosed to recipients located outside Australia, including in countries where our suppliers, manufacturers or service providers operate (for example, China, Vietnam, India, the United States and the European Union). Where we do so, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles your information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
How we store and protect information
We hold personal information in a combination of secure electronic systems and, where necessary, physical files. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure, including access controls, encryption in transit and staff confidentiality obligations.
We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes set out in this policy or as required by law, after which we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
Your rights
Under Australian privacy law you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
- Request correction of information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading;

- Make a complaint about how we handle your information.

Complaints
If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, please contact us first so we can investigate and respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
