We didn't start as brokers. We grew up inside a working manufacturing business, and that's shaped everything we do. Because we own and operate our own production facility through the Perfetti group, clients treat us as trusted advisors rather than middlemen. We've built our reputation consulting on Design for Manufacture, guiding product makers with the perspective only a manufacturer can offer. So we know exactly what good supply looks like, and what bad supply costs.
Today, GSN exists to give Australian product makers the same advantage our group has always enjoyed: a trusted, vetted, global supply chain, without the headcount.

Chris owns and operates an end-to-end manufacturing facility in Sydney with CNC precision machining and laser cutting capabilities, alongside in-house design and prototyping. A Swiss-trained toolmaker with Rolex heritage and executive experience across precision manufacturing, Chris brings the hand-on-the-tool perspective that shapes how the group quotes, builds and quality-checks every project.

Director
Sharon leads strategic delivery across the group, with a track record managing portfolios up to $500M in highly regulated and operationally complex environments spanning casino, banking and cyber defence. She brings the governance, programme discipline and large-scale transformation experience that sit behind every commitment we make, ensuring projects move with rigour, traceability and clear accountability from brief to delivery.
Together, Chris and Sharon lead the Perfetti Engineering group, the parent of Global Supply Network and McIver Engineering.
